English Literacy NQF Level 4 Learner Guide (FLP-E-104)

Welcome to this Fundamental Learning Unit– English Literacy NQF Level 4.

This Fundamental learning unit is a compulsory section for all NQF Level 4 qualifications and certificates. It also serves as a bridging course for access to NQF Level 5 qualifications.

In order to complete your study you first need to pass Communication Literacy and Mathematical Literacy NQF Level 4 before you may move on to your next study guides.

The following topics will be covered during your study:
Module 1 – Speaking and Listening
Module 2 - Written Communication
Module 3 – Reading and Comprehension
Module 4 – Learning through Communication

Notes to the learner regarding study and assessment:

Download the Learner Manual and the PoE and Assignment Guide to your computer. You need to read through your Learner Manual and complete all the activities on a repeater page. These activities will form part of your formative assessment.

You need to complete the assignments given to you in the summative assessment section. Also make sure you complete the online multiple choice section - this will also form part of your summative assessment test.

Submit all of your results, reports, formative assessment activities, summative assessment and activities in printed form to Future Performance Training Academy, PO Box 1228, Scottburgh, 4180 or email to admin@futureperformance.co.za according to the dates outlined in the PoE Guide.

Certificate: The certificate issued via this site is only a certificate of attendance and not a certificate of competence. Future Performance Training Academy will issue your true certificate of competence once you have successfully completed this course together with your statement of results.
